Mission Statement

The Midwest Center for Foreign Investment, LLC. - Regional Center (MCFI) is committed to providing quality consulting services to assist individuals in complying with all aspects of the EB-5 Visa Pilot Program. MCFI identifies, evaluates, and selects investment project opportunities which meet USCIS requirements. All MCFI investment project opportunities have been analyzed professionally, as required by the USCIS, and include job creation analysis and economic impact studies by approved third party accounting firms. As such, we will assist your legal representative in obtaining the conditional green card and filing for a permanent green card by providing the documents necessary to achieve USCIS compliance. We want to help you and your family fulfill your dreams of the future.

Who We Are

The Midwest Center for Foreign Investment, LLC is organized in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is one of the few interstate regional centers. The geographic boundary of the center covers both the Elizabethtown and Louisville Metropolitan Service Areas in Kentucky spreading into southern Indiana.

MCFI has been officially certified and designated as a “Regional Center” by the USCIS to administer the EB-5 visa pilot program in this area of the U.S.

MCFI has independent contractors worldwide to help foreign investors through the EB-5 process.  They will introduce them to various projects in which MCFI plans to invest through a joint venture agreement with the project developer.  Currently we have contractors which represent the following countries: Greece, Turkey, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, South Korea, China, Mexico, Honduras, Spain, and India.

What is a Regional Center

A Regional Center is an entity that has been approved as such by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It serves as a conduit for individual foreign investment dollars to be used for economic development purposes, the creation of jobs, and improved regional productivity in a specific geographic area. This enables the foreign investors to receive certain incentives as provided by the USCIS, a Federal Government Authority. A Regional Center manages the investments of EB-5 visa green card applicants and aids them with all the paperwork, rules, and regulations that are required for compliance by the USCIS.
