MCFI Signs Memorandum with Qiencheng Law Firm

On March 21, 2013, officials from MCFI visited Qiencheng Law Firm . During this visit both parties discussed on future cooperation and signed a Memorandum of understanding.
In this memorandum MCFI assigned Qiencheng Law Firm as MCFI's official consultant for its EB-5  immigration investment program, and authorized Qiancheng Law Firm to provide EB-5 consulting service on behalf of MCFI.
With the successfully establishment of this cooperation Qiancheng Law Firm has effectively started its value added EB5 consultation to the Chinese customers in order to help them realizing their dreams of immigration through investment.
MCFI is a USCIS authorized regional center, with the purpose of providing high quality consultation service to individual investors under the guidance of EB5 pilot program. EB5 program states that each foreign national, along with his or her spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old, may obtain US permanent residence status as long as investing 1 million US dollars (or 500,000 US dollars through TEA or RA) as well as creating 10 jobs in USA.

美国中西部绿卡投资区域中心（MCFI）的相关负责人员来到乾成律师事务所，就MCFI与乾成的深入合作事宜进行洽商，并签署谅解备忘录。

       美国中西部绿卡投资区域中心（MCFI）是经美国公民与移民事务局批准指定的“认可区域中心”，致力于按照EB-5签证试点计划为个人投资者提供优质的咨询及顾问服务。按照EB-5移民计划规定，只要外国人投资项目金额达到100万美元或者在目标就业区（TEA）、乡郊地区（RA）投资达到50万美元，在美国创造10个及以上就业机会，该外国人与其配偶及21岁以下的未婚子女就可获得美国的永久居留权。
